Ross has 18+ years of coaching experience under his belt. Spending most of his adult life in and around the game of baseball, Ross has mentored numerous student-athletes on to the collegiate and professional ranks. A member of the founding staff of College Recruit Prep, Ross has personally advised hundreds of student-athletes on to the college level. Known for his high-energy and passion, Ross prides himself in motivating young men to reach their potential, both on and off the field.

This consultation is recommended for all ages/talent levels and for players who have already had their initial consultation with Ross Hawley.

A comprehensive recruiting game plan prepared for your student-athlete + unlimited monthly counseling. This Counseling Agreement is recommended for any high school junior (2nd semester) or senior AND/OR college transfers. There are no contracts, and you can cancel this plan at anytime.

A comprehensive recruiting game plan prepared for your student-athlete + unlimited monthly counseling. This Counseling Agreement is a one-time payment is recommended for any high school freshman, sophomore or junior (1st semester). This will be the only fee collected from start to finish of the recruiting process.
