Ross has 15 years of coaching experience under his belt. Spending most of his adult life in and around the game of baseball, Ross has mentored numerous student-athletes on to the collegiate and professional ranks. A member of the founding staff of College Recruit Prep, Ross has personally advised hundreds of student-athletes (in all sports) on to the college level. He has four years of college, and two years of professional playing experience to his credit. Known for his high-energy and passion, Ross prides himself in motivating young men and women to reach their potential, both on and off the field. 

Pat is a born leader with 18 years coaching experience. He’s coached over 100 players taken in the MLB draft and over 180 high school players that went on to play college baseball. As vice president at College Recruit Prep, Pat has advised hundreds of student-athletes (of all sports) on to the college level.  He has four years college playing experience and is recognized as a leader on and off the field.  Pat is a problem solver and consummate professional with an excellent work ethic and personal integrity.  He’s known as a coach with high moral character that establishes a positive and winning attitude with the team.
